Terms of Service for Trucks In Compliance

Welcome to Trucks In Compliance. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, customer support, and compliance assistance offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By engaging with our Services, you, the “Customer,” agree to be bound by these Terms established by Trucks In Compliance, located at 2607 W Kootenai St. Boise, Idaho 83705.

Support Services

As long as the Customer remains current with their payment obligations, Trucks In Compliance is committed to providing exemplary customer support. Our support is available to our clients through email, phone, and our online chat feature. Our standard customer support hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm MT. 

Email Communication

By using our Services, the Customer consents to receive electronic communications from Trucks In Compliance. These electronic communications may include notices about applicable fees and charges, transactional information, and other information concerning or related to our Services. Customers are responsible for maintaining a current email address and promptly notifying Trucks In Compliance of any changes to their preferred communication email.

Phone Communication

Upon providing a phone number to Trucks In Compliance, whether it be wireless, landline, business, or personal, the Customer explicitly authorizes Trucks In Compliance to contact them at this number.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

The cost for Services will be as set forth in the specific agreements and invoices provided to the Customer. Trucks In Compliance is committed to transparency in pricing and will provide refunds only under circumstances where Services are canceled by us. We may also adjust prices as deemed necessary. 

Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in individual invoices and agreements. Billing will occur electronically, and Trucks In Compliance reserves the right to withhold Services in cases where there is a reasonable doubt about the Customer’s ability to fulfill payment obligations.

Credit Card Authorization

For Customers choosing to pay by credit card, authorization is granted to Trucks In Compliance to charge the specified card for initial sales, additional services, and renewal fees according to this agreement’s terms. If payments are scheduled for weekends or holidays, they may be executed on the next business day. This authorization remains effective until the debt is fully discharged or until the Customer cancels the authorization in writing.

Your credit card information is used only to charge for requested services and is not stored in our system, unless you, the client, specifically request it for future payments. In that circumstance, your credit card information is only stored with our credit card processor, and Trucks In Compliance only has access to the last 4 digits and expiration date for verification purposes.

Failure of Payment Method

Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to failed transactions, including but not limited to bounced checks or credit card declines.

Lapsed Payments

Service interruption due to lapsed payments requires full settlement of outstanding fees before the resumption of Services. Customers are liable for all fees related to the period of service interruption.

Limitations of Liability

Trucks In Compliance is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages suffered by the Customer, except as explicitly outlined in these Terms. This limitation applies to all aspects of our Services, including data loss, business interruption, or any potential damages arising from service use.

Confidential Information

Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of proprietary information, using it solely for purposes within this agreement and safeguarding it with at least the same degree of care as their own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care.

By using the Services provided by Trucks In Compliance, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with continued use of our Services constituting acceptance of such changes.
